Return of goods to the supplier - how to return the shipment to us?
It's very simple.
How do I return the goods to us via Zásilkovna? It's simple:
You bring the package to any Zásilkovna pick-up point and dictate the code we sent to the operator.
Wrap the shipment, there is no need to write the recipient or sender.

- Your package will be delivered to us in about 1-2 days.
- We will send you the code by e-mail after payment (choose Online payment by card or Transfer).
- When handing over the package, have a receipt with the package number issued at the Post Office!
The shipment must meet the following parameters:
- maximum shipment weight: 5 kg
- maximum dimension of one side of the shipment: 70 cm
- maximum sum of the dimensions of all three sides of the shipment: 120 cm (e.g. a shipment measuring 50×40×30 cm)
- minimum dimensions: 10×7×1 cm
