Packaging your shipment
Packages are usually shipped within 1 day after payment is received and are delivered via Zásilkovna, DPD, GLS, EMS, We|Do, PPL or Czech Post with tracking. Depending on what you choose for your shipment, we will provide you with a link to track your shipment online via email.
Cash on delivery is available for the Czech Republic and Slovakia without any additional shipping costs.
Shipping charges include handling and packaging as well as postage costs. Handling and shipping charges vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you combine items in one order. We cannot ship two different orders for the price of one shipment, shipping charges apply to each order placed separately. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.
The boxes are adequately sized and your items are well protected.
