How to return the goods to us via the Mailroom? It is simple:

You will bring the shipment to any dispensing point of the Mailroom and dictate the code sent by us to the staff.
Wrap the shipment, no need to write the recipient or sender.

• in about 1-2 days your package will be delivered to us.
• We will send you the code by e-mail after payment. (choose Online payment by card or Bank transfer).
• when handing over the package, have a confirmation with the package number issued in the Mail Order!

The consignment must meet the following parameters:

• maximum shipment weight: 5 kg
• maximum size of one side of the shipment: 70 cm
• maximum sum of the dimensions of all three sides of the consignment: 120 cm (eg a consignment measuring 50 × 40 × 30 cm)
• minimum dimensions: 10 × 7 × 1 cm
